Show Schedule

May 6 - May 9, 2013

  1. Monday, May 6: Episode #409

    • Keith Urban

We're brushing up on Australian phrases for "American Idol"judge Keith Urban. Check it out: "Shrimp on the barbie!" "A dingo ate my baby!" "Russell Crowe has a perfectly fine singing voice!"

    • Guillermo Diaz

Guillermo Diaz stars in "Scandal." Or as they call it in Latin America, "¡Escandolo!"said with breathy voice and a raised eyebrow.

    • Jay Larson

Comedian Jay Larson has a new comedy album, Self-Diagnosed. We're pros at "self-diagnosing," but we're still working on the whole "self-prescribing-ourselves-painkillers" thing.

  2. Tuesday, May 7: Episode #410

    • Edie Falco

Edie Falco stars in "Nurse Jackie" as an emergency room nurse addicted to prescription pills. It's like Judy Garland mixed with "E.R"

    • Marc Maron

Marc Maron stars in "Maron" on IFC. We kinda wish there was an exclamation point at the end to make it seem like a 70s talk show, like "Dinah!"

    • Iron & Wine

Iron & Wine's new album is called Ghost on Ghost. Man, we are so tired of Ghost on Ghost violence in this country.

  3. Wednesday, May 8: Episode #411

    • Simon Helberg

Simon Helberg is known for three things: starring in "The Big Bang Theory", his Nicolas Cage impression, & his award-winning BBQ sauce. We might only have time for the first two, though.

    • John Collins

John Collins, the Paper Airplane Guy, holds the Guinness World Record for longest indoor distance flown by a paper airplane. Better luck next year, Boutros Boutros-Ghali!

    • Marina and the Diamonds

Marina & The Diamonds' new album, Electra Heart, is available now. Our new album, Petrol Spleen, is available never.

  4. Thursday, May 9: Episode #412

    • Don Cheadle

Don Cheadle stars in "House of Lies", which is stylized in the credits as "Hou$e of Lie$." We can't believe there hasn't been a Ke$ha cameo yet.

    • Pete Holmes

Pete Holmes hosts "The Pete Holmes Show," returning on February 24. It's all part of TBS' grand plan to eventually only feature Boston natives taller than 6'4 on their network.

    • RNDM

RNDM's new album is called Acts. We thnk RNDM is rlly rlly gd.
