Andy Serkis On "Star Wars" Secrecy

Andy says that security on "Episode VII" is so tight, he can't even go to the little boys' room in peace.

CONAN: J.J. Abrams saw footage of you doing motion capture and he was so impressed that he cast you in the new "Star Wars."
ANDY SERKIS: That's right.
CONAN: Very exciting.
Security is so tight on that film, I don't know what it is you're doing.
I don't think you're allowed to say anything.
ANDY SERKIS: Well, actually, I'm going to spill the beans.
CONAN: Good, let's go.
ANDY SERKIS: I'm actually not going to spill the beans.
I'm sorry.
I'd love to tell you all about the it.
We are so heavily embargoed.
You can't even go to the restroom carrying a script.
I'm actually making it all up.
CONAN: You lie constantly, don't you?
This doesn't happen, well, yes, it does.
Everyone is so highly --
ANDY SERKIS: It's very exciting.
I was a massive man fan of "Star Wars" and J.J. is a very incredible director and a close friend of Reed's who directed "Planet of the Apes".
CONAN: I love this "Planet of the Apes" series.
I think it's fantastic.
You do an amazing job.
Everyone go see "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes," in theaters July 11.
Don't miss it.
Andy, so cool to see you again.
