Bruce Willis Shot A Bee By Mary-Louise Parker's Face

CONAN Highlight: Bruce is so seductively masculine that Mary-Louise wasn't terrified by the gunfire, she was turned on.

Transcript:

CONAN: Let's talk about "red 2."
You worked with Mr. Bruce Willis.
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: Mr. Willis.
CONAN: This guy is an incredible, action star.
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: Very manly.
Very manly.
CONAN: Why do you say that as if I don't know what "very manly"
means?
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: You are the paradigm of masculinity.
But Bruce is very manly.
And one time we were shooting a scene actually on a hill --
this is very cute.
CONAN: This is making this movie?
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: Yeah.
And there was a bee -- and I'm scared of bugs.
And there was a bee and he took -- whipped his gun out of his pocket and blew it away.
It was this far away from my face.
Blew the bee away.
Shot it.
CONAN: It has like a real charge in it.
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: But a blank is enough to take out a bee.
CONAN: He shot that near your face?
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: He shot it dead.
Because he's Bruce Willis and he can shoot a bee and it's not going to take out part of my nose.
CONAN: A gun with a live charge and it blew the bee away and you're not gravely pissed about this?
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: He was so sexy.
[Laughter]
And then he just kind of put it back in his pocket went back to being Bruce Willis.
It was quite hot, yeah.
CONAN: Well, now we guys know what you ladies like.
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: But I asked him like a month later, remember that time when we were outside.
You know, there was a bee.
He was like, yeah, I shot the bee for you, babe.
CONAN: I'm just glad you're live.
Those bees are dangerous.
MARY-LOUISE PARKER: He's hot.
CONAN: You're right.
I wouldn't shoot a live round into your face.
